Return, Exchange & Cancellation Of Order

RETURN

We may accept the return request from the customer of the product only for the following cases listed below:
As Per Your Order, Wrong Product Delivered By Us The Product Must Be In Sealed Pack Conditions (As Applicable) As Delivered, Should Not Be Mismatched With The Invoice.
Damaged Product Delivered By Us The Product Must Be In Sealed Pack Conditions (As Applicable) As Delivered.
The return request must be send through email only with the subject line: ‘Request To Return The Products/Materials/Components’ and the body should be contained with the invoice number, scan copy of the invoice, user id, description, defect / mismatch / issue, softcopy of the proof of payment / transaction id within 1 day from the date and time of receive at your end.
Our team member will communicate very shortly and the amount will be returned with 2 working days once accepted, otherwise we may offer to provide actual product as you ordered as early.

 

EXCHANGE

We may accept the exchange request from the customer of the product only for the following cases listed below:

Our team member will communicate very shortly and the amount may be returned with 2 working days once accepted, otherwise we will offer to provide actual product as you ordered as early, no other product will be supplied as an exchange with the mismatched product in that same shipment.
Exchange of product is the matter of availability of product at our side on that moment.

 

CANCELLATION OF ORDER

Request for cancellation of order placed by you at our website may be accepted only for the following conditions fulfilled by you:

  • Within 1 hour from the time of order placed at our website.
    Valid reason.

An email must be sent to our email id along with phone call to get the current status and confirmation of cancellation of your order. Cancellation of order can be accepted only if the product has not been dispatched from our side.
You need to write the email with the subject line ‘Request For Cancellation Of Order’ and the body should be contained with the invoice number, soft copy of the invoice, user id, valid reason, issue, softcopy of the proof of payment / transaction id before the parcel dispatched from our side.
Our team member will communicate very shortly and the amount will be returned within 2 working days after acceptance. 2.9% fee for PayUmoney transaction charge would be deducted, if the amount is paid via PayUmoney payment gateway.
